Dan is the founding partner and head of Dan Hay & Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms in the fields of privacy protection, personal data, data security, cyber law, and intellectual property.

One of Israel’s most prominent, senior and skilled attorneys in privacy, data protection, and cyber law. Advises a wide range of organizations, including banks, insurance companies, retail chains, distributors, telecommunications companies, and healthcare organizations. The firm’s philosophy, established by Dan in 2005, is to enable processes rather than hinder them.

Specializes also in intellectual property, sports law, litigation in the firm’s areas of expertise, with a focus on class actions, privacy protection, copyright law, and defamation, as well as serving as an arbitrator and mediator in these fields.

As a former member of the Public Council for Privacy Protection (2007–2012) and the longstanding chairman of the Privacy Protection Committee at the Israel Bar Association (2005–2024), Dan has extensive experience in legislative counseling. כחבר המועצה הציבורית להגנת הפרטיות בעבר (2007–2012) וכיו”ר ועדת הפרטיות בלשכת עורכי הדין (2005–2024), לדן ניסיון עשיר בליווי חקיקה. הוא לקח חלק מרכזי בהליכי חקיקה משמעותיים, בהם תיקוני חוק הגנת הפרטיות (2007, 2011, 2024), חוק סדר הדין הפלילי (נתוני תקשורת) (2007), התקנת תקנות אבטחת מידע (2017) וחקיקת חוק נתוני אשראי (2018).

ייצג את לשכת עורכי הדין בכנסת בענייני מאגרי מידע והאזנות סתר. כחבר ועדת אנגלרד (2023-2010), אשר פירסמה המלצות לתיקוני חקיקה בנושא פרסום פסקי-דין והחלטות שיפוטיות (2023), הוביל את דעת המיעוט בוועדה.

ענבל מייעצת באופן שוטף למגוון רחב של תאגידים מהמובילים במשק ומעניקה חוות דעת מקיפות בענייני פרטיות ואבטחת מידע. היא מלווה ארגונים בניהול ובשימוש במידע האישי שלהם במאגרי המידע, מסייעת בפרויקטי ציות ומתאימה נהלים פנימיים לעמידה בחקיקה הרלוונטית. ענבל מסייעת בהכנה ובמתן הערות למגוון של הסכמים בהם עוסקת המחלקה. 

לפני שהצטרפה לצוות המשרד התמחתה במחלקה המסחרית בפרקליטות תל אביב (אזרחי).
